FTP malfunction

I cannot transfer music.  When connected to the ftp server as soon as I start a transfer the program crashes.

Thanks for your feedback. We'd love to get more detail about your iPhone.

  • Is it an iPhone Edge / 3G / 3Gs or iPod Touch 1G / 2G?
  • What version of iPhoneOS are you running?
  • What kind of network are you connected to (802.11b/g/n, open, WEP, WPA)?
  • What platform and program are you using to upload your file?
  • How big is the file and what is the file name?

Hopefully all of these will help us narrow down the issue and get you up and running.
