FTP Connection Problems
Hi-
Cannot connect at all using FTP. I do have the correct IP and the correct port (21000) and have left the pop up on.
This is the error:
Can't establish connection --> http://192.168.0.155:21000 @ Thu Apr 22 10:02:52 2010 (11001-100)
No such host is known.
I am able to connect via web server, but I don't think you can delete files using the web server nor can you download your mix with web server.

We hope we can help resolve the connection issues you are experiencing. When you start the FTP server, do you get the same IP address as the Web server? Also, have you tried using an FTP client such as Filezilla with the FTP server? Finally, in your browser have you tried the URL: ftp://192.168.0.155:21000 (you may or may not be able to upload files or delete them with this method).
You should be able to download your mixes with the Web server, as long as they do not have any special characters like "#" in the name. A previous user helped us find this bug which will be resolved in the next version of the app.
